An exploration of nature's quiet intimacy 

 INSPIRATION 

In those rare moments when nature falls into perfect harmony, when stillness hangs in the air and everything feels balanced, I lift my camera and create.  The angle of the sun, the shift of the season, the coolness or warmth of the day, the whispering wind, and the character of the land itself--each element shapes my decision to press the shutter.  The images that emerge are the visual stories I am compelled to share.  

EARLY YEARS

 Since childhood, I have been captivated by the natural world--especially birds.  Though I studied zoology and ornithology in college, my truest connection to nature revealed itself through a camera lens.  As a young photographer, I was fortunate to learn from some of the masters of the craft, including Ansel Adams and William Neill in Carmel, California, and Clifton Smith at the Death Valley Workshop. Their guidance deepened my understanding of photography as both art and expression, and their influence continues to shape my creative journey.
